for Excisional debridement of the right foot below fascia for a total of 110.5 sq cm.
I used codes 11043 and 11046 would I use 11046x4 or just use it once for each addtional? i'm a little confused

be sure to round up. (e.g. if the wound was 20.5 sq. cm, you would code 11043 and 11046)

Formula I use:

[(Total sq cm.) - 20] / 20 = # of add on codes. be sure to round up.
