Wiki 11200 or 46220?

If a patient is having an anal skin tag removed with a scalpel below the base, and the open area was cauterized with bovie would you used CPT code 11200 or 46220 if its done in the office?

I'd go with 46220. Had a similar question on a different body part and the integumentary system code was not the one to use.
