Wondering if the following documentation would support 11730 or if another code is more appropriate?
Medial great toe is swollen, erythematous and tender to touch. Digital block with total of 5ml 2% Lidocaine w/o Epi performed to explore toenail and surrounding cellulitis. Medial nail separated and lifted slightly from skin using a scalpel.
