Our practice has recently done an update with Veradigm. The Veradigm rep told us that there is no longer a 12 diagnosis per claim limit. Has anyone else had experience with this?
She said the insurance only counts the first 4 diagnosis codes on the first two lines and then only the first diagnosis code on the following lines. I've never heard of this before. Any references would be appreciated. TIA
