Hello everyone,

I was wondering, if a pt seen the Dr. 17 times but Dr. did not deliver are the additional 4 PNC visits still billable outside "global?" Any comments are greatly appreciated! Thank you.
 
You would need to review the chart notes. If for any reason the pt was in with a "complication" and the documentation supports this, then go ahead and bill with the documentation attached. If no documentation or complication, I believe it would be part of the global 59426.
