If a patient is returning to the clinic in preparation to begin attempting pregnancy again after a 13+ week loss, would the loss be coded? Thanks everyone!

Wiki 13 week pregnacy loss

There are 2 codes depending on the scenario. N96 Recurrent pregnancy loss which is utilized in the investigation or care in a non-pregnant women with history of recurrent pregnancy loss. If this is not deemed recurrent I would use the Z87.59 Personal history of other complications of pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium.
