How would a 14 wk. OB chart be coded for premature birth when the physician describes it as the baby took 2 breaths and then died? ? 644.21, V27.0

We have been having some cases like this too and I posted a similar question last week. The way you have coded it is the way I would code it, I have never seen documentation describing V27.0 as a normal healthy infant, just the outcome of a single liveborn. We were also having the stillborn vs. liveborn debate and I read somewhere that a stillbirth is described as an apgar score of zero at one minute.
