Hi,

For home visits, is it correct to use modifier 25 on 99350 when 15853 is also billed?

Are there billing restrictions for this combination in a home visit scenario?

If the evaluation and management is significant and separately identifiable from the suture removal and there is proper documentation, then yes, the e&m can be billed with a modifier 25. There are no restrictions for 15853 with regards to POS.
