Hello, I am needing help with a cpt code I am a little confused a what code to bill. 16 1/2 week miscarriage epidural vag delivery. Would I use code 59820.

59820 is for a suction curettage in the first trimester, 59821 would be used in the second trimester. This code would be used for a missed abortion and that is when the fetus remains in the uterus.
We would need more information on this to be able to help code it. Was the delivery "induced"? And by what means?
