For 17110 (Destruction of benign lesion by laser surgery, electrosurgery, cryosurgery, chemosurgery, or surgical curettement) --Does the physician/PA/NP have to be the provider performing this service, or can a nurse/medical assistant provide this service without the physician being in the room?
