We have had a couple of deliveries this last week that I'm hoping for help with. How would you code the following:

1st delivery: 19 week SVD, baby lived for 11 minutes
2nd delivery: 18 week SVD, baby movement, heart rate and attempts at respirations seen
3rd delivery: 17 week SVD, non viable baby

Hi, in terms of cpt codes - none of these would be coded as deliveries as the minimum gestational age for a delivery is 20 weeks. You would code hospital E+Ms.
