Hello,
When I began coding for plastics I was told that you should not bill 19380 (breast reconstruction revision and 19350 nipple/areola reconstruction. Per CCI there are no bundling issues and I checked one of our local carriers CCE and found no edits either.
Can you bill 19350 and 19380 separately when performed at the same encounter on the same breast?
Any input is greatly appreciated

Our office does bill both of these codes in the same setting as well without a problem. We are based in Arkansas.
