Wiki 2 assistant surgeons

I need to know if anyone has billed a surgery with the surgeon and 2 assistant surgeons? I am not sure if this surgery: CPT 29889 and CPT 29884 can be billed this way. This is for NC Dept of Public Safety and they follow pretty much Medicare guidelines. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Check out the Trailblazer Medicare document in this link. See pg 36 of 45 where starts to discuss 2 assistant surgeon coverage. It gives a CPT listing of what would be covered with 2 assist surgeons. I didn't check your CPT.
