We have a patient that was receiving Rituxan infusion and because of a reaction and other health issues, we had to infuse slower and were unable to complete the infusion same day. The doctor ordered the patient to come back the following day to finish the infusion. Has anyone else had this situation? How would I bill for the 2nd infusion day? As the additional hours (96415) only?
