I need help with billing two E/M codes. Patient is discharged same day from inpatient and then is admited to the rehab/long term care floor. My billing scrubber is kicking it back because of place of service. Can I use the Nursing Care code (99304-99310)for the admission and sub care of this patient? Also what should the POS code be ?

All help is appreciated greatly!!!
