Can anyone provide information or link where I could get a list of the 2010 New, Revised & Deleted CPT Codes and their descriptions. We are trying to get fees setup for the new codes prior to their use and I haven't received my new book yet.

Any help is much appreciated,

That would be tremendously helpful. I would love to have that information, as well. I hate waiting until the last minute when the book comes in.
