Wiki 2012 vaccines ndc codes!!!

OK... Going nuts trying to find the 2012 NDC codes sets for vaccines! Any idea where to go?

GA Medicaid states that the NDC for 90723 is in valid, but per FDA, NDC is valid until 2013. What do I do now???

You should be able to find the NDC number on the box the vaccine came in.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE USING FOR 90723, NDC 58160-811-43, BUT WE ARE HAVING TO PUT A 0 IN FRONT OF 811. 58160081143.

BELOW IS THE SITE TO CHECK THE NDC NUMBERS. THEY MUST BE IN A 5-4-2 FORMAT.

Yes, we do use this site to verify active ndc codes. The codes that we are using have been verified here, but are still denting stating out of date.
