Is anyone having any luck on getting codes 92921, 92925, 92929, 92934, 92938 and 92944 (each additional branch add on codes) paid by any of the insurance carriers? If so, what carriers are paying?

No...we bill, but end up writing off, there are no RVU's assigned, so I don't think we do get paid.

There are no RVUs and the insurance looks at it as continuation of the original work.
