I am lookin gto find out more information regarding these g-codes that are to go into eefect 2015. I am having difficult finding any literature on these. Can someone help point me in the right direction.

G9435 Aspirin prescribed at discharge

G9436 Aspirin not prescribed for documented reasons (e.g., allergy, medical intolerance, history of bleed)

G9437 Aspirin not prescribed at discharge

G9438 P2y inhibitor prescribed at discharge

G9439 P2y inhibitor not prescribed for documented reasons (e.g., allergy, medical intolerance, history of bleed)
