2017 Moderate Sedation codes

There is some confusion regarding start/stop times for coding moderate sedation in 2017.
Looking for feedback when to being timing.... scope in / scope out times... administration of sedation, etc.
 
I watched a 2017 changes webinar that was hosted by the AMA earlier this week. They stated that start time begins at the administration of the sedation agent and ends at the end of the procedure.
