With the new guidelines, Does decision to perform a steroid joint injection with office evaluation count as moderate risk?
 
A steroid injection in most cases would fall under the category of minor procedure, so would be consider low risk if there are no complicating factors documented, or moderate if there are increased risks of complications for the patient.
