We have a provider questioning how to count Oxygen or CPAP in his medical decision making under the 2021 Guidelines. He does write a prescription for the Oxygen so he would like to count it under the Risk of Complication as Moderate - RX drug management.
We welcome any thoughts or suggestions!
Thank you!

My take on this is the CPAP would go under the data for a diagnostic test ordered and the prescription for the Oxygen should fall under RX management.
