Wiki 2022 path consult codes

Please HELP. My team and compliance can not find clarification on coding the our consults for path. I have reviewed the guidelines and numerous articles but don't think our reports are actual consults. Need guidance to make it make sense.

These CPT codes are just simply so new and I am hopeful from my research that I gathered ALL the necessary elements.
