Does anyone have a link to, preferably CMS, for an updated audit tool / chart . I am looking for a guide to do an internal audit for clinic for 2023 E/M Documentation changes based on MDM and/or time . Also, With this changes , are 95 /97 guidelines still used for MDM or are there new guidelines to reference ?
