Hello all. Could someone direct me to where I may find written guidelines on coding ALL and AML along with chemotherapy. It was my understanding that ALL and AML are different from solid tumors and you code the remission portion of the code when patient has achieved remission even when they are still in active treatment for the cancer. When they are no longer receiving active treatment for the cancer and remain in remission then we start using the history of codes. Thank you.
