Wiki 20526 inj done while in OR for 26055 trigger finger

I've got a rejection on 20526 for lacking info or submission errors. The physician took the patient to the OR for trigger finger release of the RT middle and ring fingers. He also did bilateral carpal tunnel injections. Both 26055's paid but it is rejecting both 20526's. I know I'm probably missing something simple, but I can't seem to find any literature to help me with these two. Any help?
