One of our providers performed the 20526 inj 2 units. This got denied at the clearing house for "units greater than allowed". I have not been able to find documentation stating this cannot be billed with 2 units.
Does anyone have knowledge as to where I can find that info??

I found an article and it said you should use CPT modifier 50 or submit as 2 separate detail lines with HCPCS modifiers RT and LT
