Wiki 20610, 64483 and 77002 Getting a denial

I am looking for help with a denial that I received when billing the 3 codes 20610, 64483 and 77002. I was told to add a 59 modifier to the 77002 and send out again for payment. My billing department is not agreeing with my decision. Does anyone have experience in billing these 3 codes together?

20610/77002 as components of 64483. Is this different site? If all done at same time then since 77002 is included with 64483 don't charge it.

Thank you for the information. I was told by a seasoned coder to add a 59 to the 77002, which is different. So I did do that. Now I know that is not correct. I will let the provider know. Thank you!
