Wiki 20979 denied as not medically neccesary-help please

Hi all, i need your heko with this one...
Pt had fracture care treatment 03.20.12
on 07.10.12 we billed 20979-ultrasound and it denied for not medically necessary
dx: 812.20
any sugestions? Is this correct? Do i need another dx?
