Wiki 22 modifier and Global days

CMS states that 22 mod can only be used with CPT codes having 0, 10, 90 day global period.
If a CPT code has XXX, global does not apply, can I use a 22 mod?

What is the CPT code you're wanting to attach the 22 modifier to.
It's the rare instance this modifier should be used and most insurances want to see chart/procedural notes when this is submitted to a claim.
