22102/22103 billed with an RFA?

I have a physician that noticed all of our 64772 transections with the 22102/22103 trephine codes were being denied as disallowed for many insurance plans, and she wanted to look into the possibility of billing the 22102/22103 trephine codes with standard lumbar or cervical RFA procedures (64633-64636). I was unable to find anything allowing this through CMS or other physician manuals, but physician wants to hear something definitive. Has any one had experience or luck billing this?
