I just have to ask and I know the answer, but this isn't appropriate documentation to bill for 22305, right?:
PROCEDURE:
Closed treatment spinous process fractures T3-L1.
REASON FOR PROCEDURE:
This is a 21-year-old female involved in a motor vehicle crash as a
back seat passenger. Assessment in the trauma room including CT scan
revealed fracture of the spinous processes of T3 down to L1 (x11).
PROCEDURE:
The patient will be treated with the pain control and ambulation and
she received an MRI of the thoracic and lumbar spine
