Wiki 22315 Vertebral fracture

Hello, I need some help and hope someone can help me. We have a patient who has a compression fracture at T4-T5. Our provider fitted and dispensed a Cervical Collar, with a Thoracic Extension down to T6 level. I was wondering if coding it as 22315 is correct or is there a different code that would be appropriate. This was all done in an office setting.

The only time you can bill the vertebral fracture is when the physician themselves fit the brace for the fracture. In office or hospital. E&M would get the -25 modifier
