Hello everyone,

I'm a little confused about the coding guidelines for 22830. Shouldn't this pay if only 22852 was billed? The CPT book states to apply 51 modifier on 22830 when other procedures are perfomed. Can anyone help me to which codes are being paid with this and how you billed it?
