I have an exploration of a prior anterior cervical fusion at C4-5 and C5-6. OK to use 22830 for the 1st level and then 22830-59 for the 2nd level? Haven't done this way before and don't want a kickback...Thanks!
 
I just presented this question on a Medtronic webinar and this was the answer I received.

"Code 22830 can only be reported one time per session. If there are 2 separate sites that are not subsequent you could report twice with 59 modifier."
