Can you tell me when I bill 22854 over 22853? Thank You.

22854 is used when a corpectomy is performed.
22853 is used when an interbody fusion is done. These are the most common cases in our group:
63081, 22554, 22854 or 63090,22558,22854
and
22558 and 22853 or 22633 and 22853

Our MD performed C5 corpectomy with C6/7 ACDF. Encoder is saying that the discectomy is included in the level above and below so does this mean I need to bill 63081 with 22554 in lieu of 22551?
