Hello- could someone out there please help me?

I have a doc that states that is he takes more than 1 cm from the clavicle, I am to bill 23130 in conjunction with 23120.

I am cannot figure out the reasining behind this- anyone out there who is more fluent in the shoulder than I that could maybe help?

23130 is to take out the acromion not the clavicle. With this info I would say 23120 is appropriate unless he takes out the whole acromion which is 23125
