when a nasal catheter is placed for a 24 hour study, the patient comes in the next day to have it removed and the analysis and interp, what date of service do i use for the 91038?

You would bill on the date the catheter is removed and the interpretation done. Also, 91038 is for esophageal manometry - if this is just a 24 hour catheter based pH test you would use 91034 instead.
