My provider is capable of performing this procedure in our office surgical suite. We contacted Aetna prior to the procedure, told them it was being done in the office and was not denied. Now the claim charge is denying for invalid place of service. Cannot find any policy on their website. Has anyone else had this problem with Aetna? Any suggestions?
