The claim was submitted with G8431 (Screening for depression is documented as being positive and a follow-up plan is documented) and 99214 (Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of an established patient).

Can we use 25 Modifier with 99214 on this case ?

Hi.

G8431 is a PQRS and submitted for reporting only. It has no RVU. Maybe G0444 is a better choice depending on the notes?
