Wiki -25 on e/m with ekg

I code for hospitalists. They order ekg's after seeing the patient. They do not read or interpret the ekg's, just look at the final report by the cardiologist that read the ekg's.
Would it be appropriate to add a 25 to the hospitalists e/m? Or just bill the e/m since the dr's are different?
