How would I code a manifestation code for diabetes code 250.80 when the doctor documented Hypoglycemic in diabetes
 
250.80 manifestation code

Hi,
There is no separate code for hypoglycemia if document states Hypoglycemia in Diabetes. when you lead the code in ICD-9CM it shows 250.80 only.
