I have a PA billing for a follow up and an xray with medicare. Is the 26 mod needed for the xray since they are not reviewing the results?

Is the x-ray being done in office on equipment owned by the practice? I'm just trying to clarify the circumstances of the x-ray.

If it is performed in office, who is doing to be doing the interpretation?
