Hi list!
Needing some other coders input. My doc excised masses of 3 different areas. I have already determined size.

The areas were rt thumb mass, deep
left long finger mass,deep
left ring finger mass, deep

Can I code 26115 x 3???

Different location

I would think you should be able to since the notes indicate separate location. Just use a 59 modifier on two of them to indicate different sites. Also some providers may want the use of "F" finger modifiers listed in your CPT book.
 
I have a question, 26115 subcutaneous (that is not deep).

You state in your posting the excision of mass is "Deep", is the excision in the subfascial area or musculature structures as this would not support the 26115.
