Hope that everyone is having a good morning - have a question regarding radical tenosynovectomies...
Op Report:
"..a radical flexor tenosynovectomy was performed on all flexor tendons. First, the FDS of the index, 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers was carefully approached one by one and a tenosynovectomy was performed of each tendon. Next, the flexor pollicis longus and the flexor digitorum profundus of the index, 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers were individually indentified and a flexor tenosynovectomy was performed individual at each of those tendons..."
Of note - this was performed with a revision carpal tunnel.
The Doc wants 64721 and 25115
I don't think that her documentation supports 25115
Would I be correct in coding the 64721 and then 26145,59,F6 26145,51,F7...etc...?
