Wiki 26410 & 26437

Hello,

I am fairly new to Ortho coding. I am trying to decide on the best way to go about coding this part. 26437 is bundling to 26410. Are these both billable since each zone is dictated? I checked AAOS and still trying to decide the best way to code this. Thank you!

I would only code one of them per tendon per finger. So the repair for the index finger EDC and then select the definitive procedure (repair vs realignment) for the middle finger EDC.
