I have a question, is anyone else having issues with this procedure code for their ASC with medicaid? I have billed both ways and insurances are stating "not a covered charge" is there a modifer that i can use, or does medicaid not pay for these at all? Need to find proof to present to boss

Commerical and Medicare are not having any problems with this code and are being paid.
