Is it appropriate to bill out a 27485 -LT with a 27485-59LT if the Dr performs this procedure on the LT distal femur and LT proximal tibia? The code descriptor does NOT state distal femur AND proximal tibia...so I would think when both are done on the same leg that it's ok to report 2x. But want to see what others think. Thanks.
