Wiki 27659 peroneal tendon repair and 28120 excision of os trigonum

I am wondering if you can bill for both 28120-excison of os trigonum and 27659-peroneal tendon repair? Or is repairing the peroneal tendons part of 28120 because your apporach to get to the os trigonum was to go through the peroneal tendons?

Any help would be appreciated.
