just wanted a little clarification before I go to my Dr. He did lengthen 3 tendons of a patient's foot through 1 incision. He wants to bill 27686 x3. In the Coding Companion it states 'multiple tendons (same incision), each'.

The 'each' part makes me think he may want to include 'each' tendon and still use the x3.

I don't have any experience using this code, but I would interpret it the same way as you and bill it x3.
